"I was getting insurance on 2 houses for construction and remodeling. Somehow it got confused with rental policy. I paid them to insure both homes, only to have the underwriter tell me he can't insure the house because they're under construction. One month later still no refund, and they are going to charge me for a full month of insurance I never got. Shady practice to have people pay for a policy they were told they can have only to terminate the agreement immediately and charge the customer for trying."
